Meet the Team

Sanford Settlements has settled over 20,000 properties in its 4 decades of operating in Geraldton.
Commencing operation in 1978 under the watchful eye of local businessman, Warren Kalajzich, Sanford Settlements began operation within the iconic Kalazich Smith & Associates building located at 50 Sanford Street, Geraldton.
2010 brought about a change of ownership and location with Bruce and Dawn Kenny purchasing Sanford Settlements from Warren Kalajzich and relocating next door to 52 Sanford Street, Geraldton. Bruce and Dawn continued to build up the business with a passionate team of conveyancing professionals and trainees from their newly refurbished building next to Woolworths affectionately known as Lindon House.
Fast forward to 2023 and Sanford Settlements is now under the watchful eye of Kathryn Price and her team of dedicated professionals assisting clients in their real estate journey. Kathryn commenced working at Sanford Settlements in 2003 and continues to provide the same exceptional service you have come to know and love over the past 20 years.
Kathryn Price
Licensee | Managing Director
Kathryn commenced her settlement career at Sanford Settlements in 2003 at the spritely young age of 17 after graduating secondary schooling. Kathryn obtained her Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) in 2015 and obtained her Settlement Agent License in 2017. Kathryn left the business in 2018 to pursue other endeavours, before returning in 2023 as the proud new owner of Sanford Settlements.
Kathryn thrives on assisting clients through difficult transactions and takes great pride in all aspects of conveyancing.
Bruce Kenny
Licensed Settlement Agent
Bruce moved to Geraldton in 1997 with his family after 21 years in Banking, falling in love with our friendly town and the night stars. Bruce joined Sanford Settlements in 2002 and has been helping Geraldton and the rest of WA settle their properties with ease ever since. He is a trove of information and experience, building strong relationships with all his clients with his friendly demeanour.
Bruce is an avid Towns Football Club supporter and a member of the Geraldton Harriers Club. When not in the office, Bruce enjoys gardening and spending time with his two children and four grandchildren on his trips to Perth with his wife Dawn.
Ashlee Clarke
Conveyancer
Ashlee made the move to Geraldton in 2020 from her hometown of Trayning. Ashlee commenced her settlement career in 2021 where she found her passion for Real Estate, making a move to Property Management. Ashlee returned to Sanford Settlements in early 2024 after realising her heart lies with settlements. Ashlee thrives on client feedback and believes there is no better feeling that calling a client to advise they are homeowners.
Ashlee and her partner have recently started their own business and understands the importance of providing quality service to all customers.
Kimm Baylem
Administration
Kimm first dipped her toes into Real Estate in 2011 as a Sales Administrator & Receptionist. She completed her Property Management Registration in 2014 working in Rockingham before to moving to Geraldton in 2016. Here, Kimm and her now husband, fell in love with the coastal lifestyle and decided that Geraldton was the place to be. Whilst Kimm has left the industry a few times since 2011 to explore different opportunities and industries, she has always returned to Real Estate – must be something in the mortar!
Tracey Guthrie
Administration
Tracey comes from a strong administrative background, previously working in both Allied Health and Real Estate industries. She has a passion for Real Estate and has worked in almost every position. Tracey has an abundance of knowledge of all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Tracey is your smiling face as you walk through the door and the cheerful voice answering your calls.
Robyn Dutton
Conveyancing Assistant
Robyn joined the team in early 2024 and has over 30 years of settlement experience in the industry. When not assisting clients with settlements, Robyn is spoiling her gorgeous pooches rotten (she would have 100 dogs if you let her!) Robyn is your behind the scenes wonder ensuring your settlements proceed smoothly and efficiently on settlement day.
Justine Chitty
Conveyancing Assistant
A country girl at heart Justine grew up locally in Chapman Valley and now lives in the serenity of Walkaway. Justine joined Sanford Settlements in 2017 and developed a passion for assisting clients with their settlement requirements. After some time away as a new Mum, Justine rejoined our team in 2023 part time to continue supporting our clients through their settlement endeavours.
